i have been a vegetarian for about 2 months and lately whenever at school they are serving or cooking meat the smell just sicken me like the feeling i am going to throw up. I can look at meat and everything but its just the smell that bugs me. Is this normal?
Your just adapting to your new lifestyle my boyfriend and I have been vegetarian for 5 months, at first your mind will want to justify this change by creating an aversion to meat and your sense of smell is key in your desire to eat so the sickening feeling is normal and shows that you are committed to your choice. Eventually that disgust will not seem as heavy and you won’t notice it as much. Good choice and enjoy your healthy lifestyle.

We did it for two reasons:
1. To promote awareness for National Vegetarian Week
2. To raise money for the Ahimsa ‘Cruelty-free milk’ campaign which seeks to vastly improve the lives of cows. To see a real change in the current system, please support this worthy cause by donating at http://www.justgiving.com/thelotustrust/donate

I bought cooking cream for a recipe I tried today. Now, I have some left. I would like to use it in a vegetarian recipe. Milk and eggs are fine. Thanks!
Well a lasagna is good, and you can freeze it too.
I love this site, it has great coloured pictures, and the recipes are really good, from good chefs, but they are easy too. BBC takes it’s food really seriously, and this site uses lots of ethnic cuisines and real reguinal chefs too- it’s not just crappy.
http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/4716/creamy-courgette-lasagne
to this recipe I add 2 cups heavy cream, and 1 egg in the pan with the courgettes ( zucchini) to make the filling.
It takes 30 minutes to make this dish and is really tasty.
Use asparagus too if you like.
