Generally, baby back ribs are pork.
I season the racks with salt, pepper, garlic powder (not garlic salt, or you’ll have to adjust the salt content) and either a cajun spice or southwest blend on both sides.
Wrap each slab individually with aluminum foil, put on a baking sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Check to make sure they are tender.
Remove from oven, drain and slather with BBQ sauce, place on baking sheet and broil on hi for a couple minutes until sauce caramelizes. Cut them and serve. It’ll be just like you grilled them.
ENJOY!

You can broil or bake them in the oven. Just put them up on a rack so the juices can run away, and keep basting them.
You could also try them in the crockpot, then pop them under the broiler for a few minutes after the are cooked to give them a nice ‘bbq’ look!!

Do you have a slow cooker? Use that – if not, you can still use a large pot on the stove w/ a lid.
Season the ribs – salt, pepper, grill seasonings (or just plain garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, if you have it). Throw them in a pot w/ barbecue sauce (enough to cover the ribs). You can add fresh garlic & onions if you want. You can also add other things like celery, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, whatever flavors you normally like.
In a slow cooker, set it for 4 hours… about the same for a regular pot on the stove, on low heat…. if you don’t keep peeking at it.
