You are missing the …
You are missing the point. No one denies that making any dish is indeed a work of art. And whoever is capable of that is truly divine. Food deserves respect and only then we really get its respect back. That said, there is nothing wrong in speaking in their original accents either. I dont understand why desis (specially!) try to speak like Americans if they were not born and raised there? Will the dish turn out different if they speak English in their original accents? Thats the issue.
