Call them as you like, but do not pretend to cook italian, that receipt is abosuletely crazy and disgusting.. cooking spaghetti alle vongole (and even not linguine) is very simple: a bit of garlic, few drops of good oil, put clams on fire, a glass of good white wine (dryyyy), when clams are opens parsley all over and then spaghetti (cook aside).. that’s all…
