Ive been seeing advertisements for cooking schools like la cordon bleu. i checked the school out yesterday and it was pretty nice, but it was very expensive(over 20k for 6 months of training). what do you get out of it rather than a degree you can use for job resumes? is it worth it? fun? if you already know how to cook would it be better just to apply to a bunch of restaurants and get experience there?
