For the Chili you will need:
• Chopped Tomatoes
• Kidney Beans
• New Potatoes
• Aubergines
• Coconut Milk
• Salt
• Ginger
• Cinnamon
• Mixed Ground Spices
• Black Pepper
• Cumin
• Garam Masala
• Chili Powder
• Sugar
• Lemon/lime Juice
For the Rainbow Rice you will need:
• Basmati Rice cooked in vegetable stock
• Raisins
• Sultanas
• Cashew Nuts
• Almond Flakes
• Peas
• Goji Berries
• Cinnamon
• Mixed Ground Spices
• Black Pepper
• Sugar
• Lemon/lime Juice
