be careful, just …
be careful, just because you say dark chocolate, doesn’t mean it won’t have milk in it. I personally use black and greens dark chocolate. If you read the label, it has “milk” listed as the last ingredient, however they did this as a “just in case” because its produced in the same factory as milk is. But i would highly doubt there is any in there. You can search it on google. Green and Blacks is sold in most stores, like walmart for example. Otherwise look for a “vegan” chocolate, at WF/TJ =)

Wow! I never knew …
Wow! I never knew you could do so much with tofu! I feel a lot more inspired. Lately I have been slacking from vegan to vegetarian and back again but some of these recipies are really encouraging that veganism can still offer a lot of variety and not necesarrily be to time consuming.
Thanks!

I learns that …
I learns that recipee at the Atlanta Vegeterian Society Xmas dinner a few years ago. I love to make it. I have found that it is easier to heat the tofu till steamy (nuke is fastest way) and the just add the chocolate as you blend it. I use chocolate chips, 12 oz per 1 lb of tofu.
