I’m not a chef, but …
I’m not a chef, but I am a line cook, and you know, I’ve heard so many of those things comparing the doneness of steaks to how something feels on your body, and although I’m sure it helps in the beginning, I’ve come to realize the best tool is experience. The more steaks you cook, the better you’ll be able to tell the doneness.
