I cook my chicken around 6-7 min and steaks around 6, burgers 5ish on the gf.
GF grill for the win!
those drinkie shrimps would be overcooked more then 2 1/2-3 imo. and I don’t even use one with a power setting.

Cleaning them out (thoroughly) is a pain in the neck without the removable plates. I finally upgraded to one with the top and bottom plates both removable.
Makes cleaning *immensely* easier.
