The Fearless Chef, Ram Prasad, cooks tasty vegetarian vittles for Rasa Vrndavan’s 10-month birth day. This is reality cooking — as you’ll see — adjusting the recipe as you go, as time and other circumstances permit. In this episode, Ram and Bhakta Avatar prepare Tofu Stir Fry, Rice, and Lassi — something quick and enjoyable and healthy. Tell me what you think!

yes we are. We have a lot more will power and we don’t exploit animals or purchase from animal abusers. We’re not barbarians.

I used to date a …
I used to date a vegetable…I guess you could say that made me a vegatarian because I loved eating her.The way her legs propped up on the wheelchair arm pads and how she was so helpless to stop me as I did things to her I would not do to a farm animal.I hope my new wife has a car accident and goes quad..I miss those vegan days soooo much.

Here is my favorite …
Here is my favorite vagitarian meal: Take a fresh, young vagina, and caress it with your fingers for 20-30 minutes.Next, insert your tongue and lick for 30-45 minutes.Cover it in olive oil, and pound it with your meat hammer until moist and juicy, (you’ll know when its ready when you see blood). Remove meat hammer and shake off excess juices. Finally, tell it you’re really not that interested in a commitment at the moment with an ugly smelly whore. NEXT WEEK: Chocolate covered meatstick and gravy.

The recipe ? NOT my …
The recipe ? NOT my idea of cooking at all ! I don’t put vegetables in with meat when I stir fry except for garlic and onions. I much prefer to microwave frozen vegetables and tomatoes.
His kitchen unfortunately is a chaotic mess. A REAL death trap for the baby when he is a toddler !! NO carrying baby around when in kitchen. Come on Ram, get your act together as a father.

I certainly would …
I certainly would be very wary of feeding ANY male baby any soy product. Soy at present contains estrogen type compounds which compromise male sexuality. Post menopausal women actually use SOY estrogens for hormone replacement !!
Plant researchers are trying desperately to change soy by genetic engineering. This is particularly the case in USA. If you are against GE, bad luck. The gene is already out with soy.

A form of higher …
A form of higher consciousness? No wonder a lot of meat eaters think most vegetarians are self-righteous. Get off your high horse man, you’re not better than anyone else.

Just a word of caution to some: Asafoetida can cause stomach ache if you use too much of it. Half a tea-spoon is usually the amount I use.

if you want it to …
if you want it to be chewy like meat . . . I highly recommend getting normal firm tofu and not the chinese water-packed version, which is pretty soft, even the extra firm is the consistency of camembert cheese. Whcih I don’t eat anymore LOL.

Those who …
Those who constantly try to insult vegetarians/vegans do so because they don’t know any other way to deal with their own guilt and shame.
Knowing this makes them easy to ignore.
