Thankyou to EVERYONE who took part in World Vegetarian week this week. Now just in case you were thinking of switching back, my friend Rasa and me thought it would be a good idea to put up this video.
Rasa currently has about 100+ videos ready to be uploaded on youtube (all revolutionary), but has been on the run this week from being sectioned and various small-minded authorities, so has had no time to upload them. Check back here soon for a link to his new youtube page, its gonna be awesome! =)

Top tip – You can …
Top tip – You can also use Soy flour to thicken sauces as well, much healthier. You can also use soy flour as a substitute for eggs in baking recipies. replace one egg with one table spoon of soy flour and one tablesppon of water. Nice job boys, I am trying this out next week when I get back from business travel. This might to be hard to keep up on travel, but I am up for the challenge.

Not necessarily, if …
Not necessarily, if you buy fresh fruit and veg from the market or buy frozen veg, it’s extremely cheap. I mean I don’t know how it is in the USA but I doubt it’s very different to Europe or elsewhere in that respect.
