1 tablespoon coarsely ground coriander powder
1 teaspoon in seed
2 tablespoon chopped green chilly

Oil to fry
1 small potato slice thin, 8 thin slice cauliflower, ½ small zucchini slice thin

Manjula Ben, I noticed you did not use any baking powder or soda. I guess the rice flour makes it crispy. I think it is good not to use baking soda. Good recipe. Thanks. We can also use raw bananas sliced thin sideways. It tastes yummy.
